If there's something that I've learnt over the past few days, it is that no one cares. 

Not even that one person who you thought is actually concerned. People just want to know what your problem is, so that they can talk about it to others. They don't help you overcome it, or solve it. Just a word or two of sympathy.
So, this is a selfish world. People will be nice to you when they need you. And once their job is done, they just don't recognize you anymore.

It's better to stick to those who are actually close to you, those who have been there throughout. Because in the end, these are the people who actually care, maybe. Or maybe not. Everyone has their own set of problems to deal with.
Who bothers to clean up somebody else's mess? 
When you don't do that, don't expect others to.
Your issues, your problems, your concern. Nobody else gives a damn! So instead of waiting for someone else to stop by and help you through it, just pull yourself together and have faith in yourself. Because you know you're strong enough. You know you can manage on your own. All you need is a little faith, a little patience and some motivation and things will automatically fall in place.

And once they are there, they want it to remain that way , forever. But the problem with the number one position is that it has just one seat. There is no room for two. So, for obvious reasons, everyone cannot get there. For those who are lucky enough to get there, it is hard to accept when they are pushed down by someone else. It pains to see the position which was once yours, occupied by someone else. 

You had been at the top, and the view from there was amazing. Everything seemed so under control. Your goals were clear. But today, you are among the crowd. You stand there and gaze up to see that position and realize it isn't yours anymore.

We should learn to accept it, for it is the easiest remedy. Accept things the way they are. Stop nagging and complaining. If you dislike something, then change it. There is no point cribbing. It won't change things. Sometimes it is good not to be at the top too.
